Currency
All prices
quoted in Australian Dollars. Your
credit card will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Some banks
and credit card companies charge a fee for currency conversion.
Direct Bank
Transfers from foreign banks will incur additional charges from Warmun Art
Arts.
Money Back
Guarantee
It is very
important to us that you are happy with your purchase, if not, we will fully
refund you for the value of the art work, minus postage costs. You must notify the Art Centre within
10 days of receiving the painting.
You need only pay the cost of returning the painting to the Art Centre. The work must be returned in its
original condition with all of its accompanying documentation and packaged
correctly for the guarantee to apply.
Duties and
Taxes
Warmun Art
Arts sells paintings on our web site to the public on behalf of the artist on a
consignment basis, therefore, paintings are GST exempt. When shipping paintings overseas, the
purchaser is liable for any other duties or taxes payable specific to the
country of import. Warmun Art
Arts is not responsible, nor able to provide estimates for these charges. We recommend you contact your customs
office for further information.
Payment
Methods
Warmun Art
Arts accepts Visa, MasterCard, cheque and direct bank transfer. Paintings are posted once payment has
been confirmed. If paying by bank
transfer please ensure that you code your payment with your name and invoice
number.
All
information received from customers relating to payment details is strictly
confidential.
Provenance
We guarantee
all work shown is authentic and the original work of the artist named. The work you receive corresponds with
the work shown on the web site.
Every painting is accompanied by a signed and dated ‘Certificate of
Authenticity’ with a corresponding catalogue number which contains a story of
the artwork and provides excellent provenance.
The cost of
postage and packaging is additional to the cost of your purchase.
Warmun Art
Arts aim to provide the most economical and efficient method of delivering your
purchase. All artworks are sent unstretched unless otherwise specified.
All packages
up to 105cm in length are posted Registered Australia Post unless other specific
delivery arrangements are made between Warmun Art Arts and the purchaser.
Larger packages will need to be freighted and we will advise on cost as
requested. Extra cover is available
on request.

charge for parcels under 5kgs to anywhere in

charge for small to medium packages under 5kgs is $65AU. For larger bulkier
items we provide a quote for your approval before dispatching. We endeavour to
send consignments at the most economical rate while guaranteeing their safe
arrival. We use TNT or Australia Post.
Papunya has
one mail plane per week and the nearest courier is 240kms away in
Limitation of
Liability
Unless
otherwise stated, the artworks sold in accordance with these terms and
conditions are sold without warranties or representatuions of any kind. To the maximum extent permited by law
the liability of Warmun Art Art Centre Aboriginal Corporation for the sale of
any artwork shall be limited to the sale price of the artwork.
Applicable
Laws
These Terms and Conditions of Sale of artworks by Warmun Art Art Centre are subject to laws applicable in the Northern Territory of Australia.
