PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Phone or email us, quote your card number, expiry date and cardholder's name and the goods will be dispatched once the transaction is approved. Freight charges will be added to the cost of the consignment and confirmed with you before the transaction takes place.
The Art Centre also accepts cheques, and direct account transfers, followed by emailed confirmation of the payment into the Centre’s account.

FREIGHT
Domestic
Warmun Art Centre aims to provide the most economical and efficient method of delivering your artwork. All consignments are sent stretched on the frame ready to hang when the artwork arrives. The works are securely packed and insured in transit. Registered post, road and airfreight are all used. The cost of freight is additional to the painting cost.

International
Prices are negotiated once consignments have been packed. We endeavour to send consignments at the most economical rate, which also guarantees their safe arrival. We use TNT, International Art Services or Australia Post.

Customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country. Warmun Art Centre is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES
If you are not satisfied with the quality of an artwork or the accuracy of its presentation on our website, you may return the artwork to Warmun Art Centre and we will refund your purchase price. You may do this provided you contact us and provided that the work is returned in its original condition.

Please note that we cannot refund the purchase price for a painting that you decide you do not like after it has been delivered, but which was accurately described and presented on the website. If you have any doubt about a work, please contact us before you buy it and we will try to satisfy any questions or concerns that you may have.

Refunds
We will notify you via email of your refund, once we have accepted your reason for returning the goods and have received the returned goods in the same order that they were shipped to you. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. As the item will be at your risk until receipt by Warmun Art Centre, we recommend you insure the shipment.

Warranty
We undertake that the goods that we supply or that are ordered through Warmun Art Centre will be of merchantable quality and will fit the description on our website at the time of purchase.  All other warranties, guarantees, representations or other assurances implied or imposed by law and statute are hereby negated and excluded to the fullest extent possible at law and under statute. In any event, our liability shall be limited to either replacing the goods in question or refunding the cost of those goods.

The information, artwork, text, data or pictures (collectively ‘Materials’) contained on this site are subject to copyright.
You may use the Materials for personal or educational purposes, provided that you do not modify the Materials and that you include any copyright notice specifically pertaining to the Materials in all reproductions or redistributions.
Any other use, reproduction or redistribution of the Materials is prohibited without the express written consent of Warmun Art Centre.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Unless otherwise stated, the information and services provided on our site are provided ‘as is’, without warranties or representations of any kind.  To the extent that they cannot be excluded, the liability of the Warmun Art Centre shall be limited to the cost of the resupply of the information or services.
The Warmun Art Centre shall not be liable for any consequential damages such as loss of profits, loss of wages loss of enjoyment, property damage or stress or anxiety arising out of any negligence or nonperformance or breach of a contractual obligation in respect of any matter act or thing in relation to this website, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any late delivery of goods or services or the downloading by a user of infected data.

CURRENCY CONVERSION DISCLAIMER
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars.  Your card will actually be charged in the Australian dollars.  Some banks and credit-card companies charge a fee for currency conversion.

APPLICABLE LAWS
This website is controlled by the Warmun Art Centre from the art centre in Warmun, Western Australia, Australia.  It can be accessed from other countries around the world and these places may have laws different from Western Australia; by accessing this website both you and Warmun Art Centre agree that the statutes and laws of Western Australia, within the Commonwealth of Australia, will apply to all matters relating to the use of t
